PART ONE
Every
Day
Seeing your doses and logging them takes seconds.
Today · Home
Your day at a glance
- A week strip at the top — each day has a ring showing how it went
- A heading with the date and a progress line, like “3 of 5 taken”
- Doses grouped by time of day, each with its pill icon and strength
- Each dose says plainly what happened: Taken 08:00, Skipped, or MissedTakenSkippedMissedNot yet
- A Low supply badge appears right on the dose when a medication is running out
Today · Calendar
Look back across the month
- Tap the small arrow under the week to open the whole month
- A green ring means every dose was taken; amber means a dose was missed
- Tap any day to see what was taken, skipped or missed
- Missed is worked out for you — a past dose with no entry counts as missed
- Past days can be corrected; future days are protected from being ticked early
- Opening the app on a new day jumps back to today automatically
Logging · taking a dose
One tap per dose, any way you take it
✅
Scheduled
Tap to log
- Tap the circle once to mark a dose Taken
- Tap again to change it to Skipped; once more to Undo
- Supply counts go down automatically when you take a dose
- Changed your mind? Undo puts the pills back in your supply
➕
As needed (PRN)
The “+” button
- Tap + on the Today screen, then Add dose
- Pick the as-needed medication — the dose is logged right now
- These appear in their own “As needed” section for the day
- The + menu also lets you add a new medication
Reminders · notifications
Reminders that follow up
- A reminder arrives at each dose time
- If you haven't logged the dose, it nudges you again a few minutes later
- Logging a dose — in the app or from the reminder — stops the nudges
- Press and hold a reminder to tap Taken or Skipped New in 1.1
- Choose a reminder sound in Settings and preview each one first
- Turn reminders off for any one medication on its edit screen
02
PART TWO
Your
Medications
Set up each medication once — then MedTrack does the rest.
Medications · List
All your meds in one place
- Open the list with the pill-bottle icon at the top of Today
- Each medication shows its icon, strength, and supply
- Marked Scheduled (fixed times) or PRN (as needed)
- A warning triangle shows when supply is low
- Scheduled meds are ordered by how often you take them, then by time
- Archive a medication you've stopped — its history stays; or delete it for good
Medications · Add & edit
Make each icon match your pill
- Enter the name and dose / strength
- Pick a shape and colour to match the real pill — a quick visual reminderRoundOvalCapsuleTabletTriangleDrop…
- Set the number to take each time
- Add dose times on a 24-hour clock, with a Mon–Sun picker for each
- Or switch on As needed (PRN) for medications with no fixed schedule
- Reminders can be switched on or off per medication
Supply · stay stocked
Know before you run out
📦
Count
Supply tracking
- Enter how many you have when you add a medication
- Each dose taken draws the count down by the number you take
- The count never drops below zero
- Taken → Skipped gives the pill back to the count
⚠️
Warn & refill
Low-supply warning
- Set a warning level for each medication
- New medications use your default level from Settings
- A badge appears on Today and the list when you reach it
- Picked up a refill? Tap Refill and enter the new count
03
PART THREE
Settings
& Data
Make it yours — and keep it safe.
Settings · the gear
Backup, defaults & appearance
- Back up (export) — saves an encrypted copy you can restore later
- Restore from a backup — replaces all current data, after a confirmation
- Default low-supply warning — the level new medications start with
- Appearance — System, Light or Dark New in 1.1
- Reminder sound and a plain-language “How reminders work” note
- A backup nudge: Settings shows your last backup, and a small dot on the gear appears after a month New in 1.1

Your data · ownership & recovery
Your data lives only on your device
💾
