LocaTrack keeps your inventory private. It does not collect, transmit to us, or share any personal data. Your data is stored in your own iCloud account — we operate no servers and never receive it.
No account to create. LocaTrack has no login of its own. It uses the iCloud account already on your device.
No servers of ours. Your parts, stock, locations, and jobs are stored in your private iCloud (Apple’s CloudKit). Nothing is sent to us, and we cannot see your data.
No analytics or tracking. LocaTrack uses no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
Sharing is yours to control. If you share an inventory with a co-worker, it syncs through iCloud only between the people you invite. You can stop sharing at any time.
Your data, your control. Everything syncs across your own devices through iCloud. You can remove the app’s data through your iCloud settings at any time.
Because LocaTrack does not collect data on our end, there is nothing for us to access, sell, or disclose. Your iCloud data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and secured by your Apple ID.

LocaTrack is a parts-inventory app for small electrical contractors and the trades. Track every part across your shop and trucks, know what’s running low, and see what each job cost — synced across your crew’s devices.
Common questions
Record stock. Open a part and tap the move button to Receive, Use, Adjust, or Transfer between locations. Quantity is always the running total of every movement, so counts never get lost.
Locations. Set up your shop, trucks, and job sites. Each part shows how much is on hand at every location, and you can transfer stock between them.
Low stock & reorder. Set a reorder point per part. LocaTrack flags anything at or below it, and can build a reorder list to send to your supplier.
Job costing. Tag parts to a job as you use them, then view a per-job materials cost report and export it as a CSV.
Scanning & labels. Scan a barcode or QR code to jump to a part, and print QR labels for your bins and trucks.
Owner & Technician roles. Technicians record stock in the field but never see cost or pricing. Owners have full access.
Sharing & sync. Share one inventory with your crew. Everyone’s changes merge automatically through iCloud, and it keeps working offline — changes sync when you’re back online.
